St. Mary’s Outreach Center helps older adults meet the challenge of living self-sufficiently with dignity and respect.
St. Mary’s Outreach Center provides free and confidential services to older adults (55+) in Baltimore City to improve their financial, physical, and emotional well-being. Our primary outreach area includes the communities of Hampden, Remington, Medfield, Woodberry, Hoes Heights and Wyman Park, but we welcome clients from across Baltimore City. Our goal is to spread the word that friendly, caring people provide hands-on assistance and support.

Provide “warm” referrals to agencies providing resources to older adults- transportation, housing, utility assistance, and more. |
Benefits Assistance
Complete applications for federal, state, and local programs and provide advocacy during the process, as needed. |
Case Management
Offer comprehensive and supportive case management to meet needs for concrete services and to assist clients in addressing more complex psychosocial and health-related needs. |
Educational Programs & Workshops
Host regular programs covering relevant financial, health-related, and psychosocial topics affecting older adults. |
